ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE no refunds or exchanges. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.

 

SHIPPING

Most DEN Extension orders are shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. All orders are shipped free of charge via USPS priority mail and will require signature confirmation.

Most Royal Hair by Den Ready to wear units shipped within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. All orders are shipped free of charge via USPS priority mail and will require signature confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS

Your appointments are very important to us. Please understand that when you don’t cancel; cancel without giving enough notice; or arrive late to your appointment – we miss the opportunity to provide service to clients on our waiting list and scheduled clients.

We understand that things come up, if you need to cancel/reschedule, please contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Those who habitually cancel appointments may be required to provide a non-refundable deposit prior to booking future services.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

We allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Should you plan to arrive 15 minutes after your appointment, please contact us immediately so that we can discuss whether you’ll need to reschedule.
